About us

Our mission is to bring quality, affordable housing, which is eu certified, to as many people as possible, in the shortest period of time. Traditional construction methods, have been proven to be too slow and can no longer meet the needs of growing populations around the world. We believe that the new requirements for zero energy buildings will force governments and developers to seek out better systems ,that can bring these requirements to reality for a more sustainable construction world.

Our technology of cold formed steel and structural cement panels allows us to, pre engineer off site, producing the elements of walls, floors and roof sections that can be delivered too site for fast assembly, reducing labour and material costs. Cfs also means that we can be versatile in design and application from residential to commercial , supplying just the elements or a completely finished project depending on the clients need. Our passive certified design partners , vivacitas homes share our passion to bring modern design and the latest technology to reality today, which allows us to complete homes in weeks and at half the cost compared to traditional builds.
